Guylaine Saint Juste is the Business Banking Virginia Market Executive at Capital One Bank. Her team develops custom tailored solutions for businesses, organizations, associations that generate $2-$34 million in annual revenues. She joined Capital One in January 2011 after 11 years at SunTrust. Guylaine counts over 20 years in the banking industry in various leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from George Mason University and a Graduate Degree in Retail Banking Management from the University of Virginia. Besides serving on the board of Goodwill, she chairs the board of Prince William Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), is President of the Board of the Women's Alliance for Financial Education (WAFE), serves on the board of Adventure Theater. Guylaine lives in Fairfax Virginia with her husband Jacky. The couple has 2 daughters Joelle and Jessica Daguilh, and 2 sons Jalil and Jelani.
