In two years, Keron has gone from a Goodwill associate who struggled adjusting to his new job to a top worker and leader. This lead to Keron receiving the 2016 Goodwill RISE Award for Excellence.

While in Goodwill’s Hospitality Jobs Training Program, I learned a lot of skills about housekeeping and customer service. I learned that the customer comes first and learned how to turn a bad situation into a positive guest experience.

Newlyweds Dakota and Jason, are both Goodwill Security and Protective Services job training program graduates. The skills and training they received prepared them for new careers, which made achieving their family's dreams a reality.
