Dan Kotter

Dan Kotter is the Greater Washington Managing Partner for Ernst & Young, LLP (EY). He has over 25 years of experience working in private, public, and large multinational companies. In addition to his client-serving responsibilities, where he coordinates the full breadth of services delivered to some of EY’s largest global clients, Dan is responsible for managing the Greater Washington offices.

Josh Thomas

Josh Thomas is an Amazon Regional Director for the Sub Same Day (SSD) business. He started his career over 15 years ago as a Manufacturing Engineer for Caterpillar Inc. in the Chicago, IL suburbs. Amazon recruited him in 2016 to lead fulfillment center operations in Kansas City, KS. Within a few years, Josh successfully launched many additional Amazon fulfillment centers along the northeast, and was promoted to Director of Operations, where he has responsibility for all SSD operations from North Carolina to Boston to Indiana, and everything in between.

John Goodman

John Goodman is Chief Executive Officer of Accenture Federal Services, which serves its clients by solving challenges in defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and federal health in the US and around the world. Under John’s leadership, Accenture Federal Services has delivered lasting value for its clients’ missions, workforce, and customers. He led the expansion of the company’s talent development, culture, and inclusion and diversity programs, while expanding workforce development programs with government, nonprofit, and learning partners to create more career pathways for underrepresented communities, veterans, and military spouses. Prior to joining Accenture in 1998, he worked in the federal government and served on the Harvard Business School faculty.
