Howard Cooke

Howard E. Cooke, MBA, CFCM, is a distinguished Operations Executive with over 30 years of experience supporting federal and commercial service organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Federal & Commercial Contracts for Goodwill of Greater Washington, he focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships and enhancing engagement strategies to support vital missions. Howard previously served as the Lead Advisor for Federal Client Engagement at SourceAmerica.Throughout his extensive tenure at SourceAmerica, Howard held several key leadership roles, including Vice President, Account Support and Prime Contracts, Interim Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Account Services and Prime/Partnerships.

Howard is a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) with extensive experience in P&L leadership, multi-site operations, and process optimization within regulated environments. He holds an MBA from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary, where he was a two sport athlete. Outside of his professional achievements, he lives with his wife and four kids in Virginia. He enjoys coaching and contributes to his community as a youth coach.
