With two brand-new stores opening soon in Manassas and Gainesville, we are excited to continue our mission of transforming lives and communities through the power of education and employment in Northern Virginia. Through our growth, we acknowledge that we would not be the Goodwill we are today without the support of our loving and caring community!

    In recent years, there has been a notable increase in the number of women-owned businesses in Manassas and Gainesville.     With a focus on herbal teas, non-toxic beauty products, and natural remedies, Leaf and Petal promotes self-healing products for the mind, body, and spirit. The owner and founder, Petra takes pride in getting to know her customers and sharing the knowledge she’s gained over her decade of research and experience to ensure one can live a healed life (About – Leaf and Petal).

    Wanting to create a space for local artists to shine, Usa Leckenby founded Gifts and Gather in 2017 which allows small, independent makers to showcase their products.     Baking sweet treats for the White House, Yolanda Adams, and more, Destiny Church has made an impact in her community, bringing joy to those one delicious treat at a time. Established in 2013, Delicate Creations is a company that caters to their customer's custom cake designs. Whether it's your favorite sports team, character, or food, Destiny can bring your vision to life. Living by the motto "If you can imagine it, we can create it".     Starting off as a wholesale baker, Leyla Yildizci never imagined My Cravingz becoming the phenomenon it is today. With a wide selection of items to choose from, there's something delicious for everyone on the menu. Food has been a passion of Leyla's for as long as she could remember, so there was no doubt in her mind that she would create a fine dining experience with a casual and cozy feeling to provide her customers.
