Greenlight for New Goodwill and AHC Affordable Housing Development

On Saturday, February 24, the Arlington County Board unanimously approved the redevelopment of Goodwill of Greater Washington’s flagship store in Arlington, VA. The plan will provide critically-needed, service-enriched, affordable housing and a new, world-class retail store and donation center on the existing store’s site at 10 S. Glebe Road.
