Brian Hedlund brings over two decades of executive leadership experience, transforming organizations and driving sustainable revenue growth. Known for his multidimensional leadership, Brian has a proven track record in managing P&L, leading cross-functional teams, and activating business in new channels to deliver exceptional results.

Prior to joining Goodwill of Greater Washington, Brian served as Owner and Strategic Partner at PrideStaff, where he successfully built out an office from the ground up during a global pandemic, leading his team to a President Circle Award within two years. His extensive career also includes nearly two decades at Sprint Corporation, where he held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Region. In this capacity, he provided entrepreneurial vision and strategic guidance, leading a 1,000+-member field team across multiple states with a $500M+ P&L. He was instrumental in implementing hyperlocal sales and marketing strategies, driving significant increases in sales distribution and productivity, and reducing customer churn.

Brian’s expertise spans strategic planning and execution, market and channel creation, revenue growth, margin expansion, and fostering strategic partnerships. He is adept at competitive analysis, analytics, and forecasting, and has a strong focus on customer retention and loyalty. His career is marked by a consistent ability to improve top- and bottom-line performance.

A purpose-driven professional, Brian is dedicated to creating positive community impact. He has been involved with several local non-profit organizations such as Foster the Family, Children’s Home Society of Virginia, and the Montgomery County Business Roundtable for Education (MCBRE).

Brian holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Decision Sciences from George Mason University.
