Elizabeth Rienzo is Chief of Staff and Board Liaison at Goodwill of Greater Washington. She partners with the President and CEO and executive leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen governance, and support organizational alignment.
Elizabeth supports executive operations and board engagement, helping advance key priorities across the organization. She has a background in communications and business, with experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex initiatives, and fostering collaboration across teams.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Business from St. John’s University. Elizabeth lives in North Bethesda, MD and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on the St. John’s Red Storm.
