Robert Chambers

Robert Chambers is the VP, People and Culture. He is responsible for ensuring all administrative and human capital management functions of the People and Culture team align with business objectives. Prior to becoming VP, Robert had been Goodwill’s Sr. Director of Operations and Compliance where he functioned as a trusted, strategic and consultative HR/business advisor on key organizational and management issues.

Robert joined Goodwill in 2007 and has held various positions within the organization to address key areas of Human Resources and of GGW business operations. Robert is a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR), graduate of Goodwill Industries International Senior Leadership Program, and is a past HR Chair of Goodwill’s Mid-Atlantic Goodwill Industries Coalition.

Robert is a Maryland native and earned his BS in Human Resources from the University of Maryland. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing disc golf, playing the piano and recording his own music.
